•  SD obtained his Ph.D. from the Central University of Tezpur, Assam India in 2011.

• In 2011, he started his independent career at the National Institute of Technology Agartala followed by his continuation at the National Institue of Technology Patna from 2014 to date

​

• Currently, he is appointed as an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry & Department of Chemical Technology and Engineering in NIT Patna.
